In addition to stable tiles, DG Rubber Profiles supplies custom rubber walls and floors for the equestrian sector. Rubber stable wall lining protects box walls from impact and kick damage, trailer rubber lines the walls and floors of horse trailers and lorries, and anti-slip rubber provides grip in the aisle and grooming area.
All the rubber is cut to your drawing or dimensions, in-house in Biddinghuizen. This way the rubber fits the construction of the stable or vehicle precisely, without loose edges or overlapping joints.

Custom rubber for stables and trailers
A horse stable or trailer rarely has standard dimensions. Walls have windows and doors, floors have drains and wheel arches, and every stable builder works with their own box sizes. That is why this rubber is not supplied as a standard tile, but cut to size from your drawing.
You supply a drawing or dimensions showing the position of doors, windows, fixing points and cut-outs. DG Rubber Profiles then cuts the rubber in-house, so that the panels and strips fit straight away during installation.

Stable wall lining
For stable builders: rubber panels against impact and kick damage. They protect the wall and the horse, and are easy to wipe down and disinfect.
Trailers and lorries
For trailer builders and transporters: wall and floor rubber, cut to size from your drawing, including cut-outs.
Aisle and grooming area
Anti-slip rubber where horses walk and stand every day, supplied in the dimensions you specify.
Rubber stable wall lining
A horse that kicks or knocks against the wall damages wooden and steel box walls and can injure itself. Rubber stable wall lining absorbs those blows. The panels are fitted against the existing wall and protect both the structure and the horse.
The rubber is resistant to moisture and urine and is easy to wipe down and disinfect. This keeps the box hygienic, even where the horse regularly comes into contact with the wall.
For stable builders, the panels are cut to the dimensions of the box, including cut-outs for windows, doors, bars and water troughs. This allows the wall lining to be used in series when building multiple boxes.
Rubber for horse trailers and lorries
In a trailer or horse lorry, a horse stands on a moving floor with walls close by. Rubber on the walls and floor dampens knocks, provides grip during the journey and protects the body from damage.
DG Rubber Profiles supplies wall and floor rubber for trailer builders and transporters, cut to size from the vehicle drawing. Cut-outs for fixing points, wheel arches and ramp hinges are made in advance, so the rubber can be fitted straight away.
When replacing worn trailer rubber, the existing size can serve as a starting point. A piece of the old rubber or the dimensions of the current situation are often enough.
Anti-slip rubber for aisle and grooming area
In the aisle and grooming area, a horse often stands on a wet, slippery floor. Anti-slip rubber provides grip there and reduces the strain on legs and joints, just as in the box.
Because an aisle is long and narrow, the rubber is usually cut into strips here, to the dimensions you specify. This limits the number of joints and lets the rubber connect neatly to box doors and drains. For the boxes themselves, rubber stable tiles are the standard solution; how to lay them is explained under laying rubber stable tiles.
