Tinnemans Shipbuilding was looking for special profiles for a new type of boat. We were able to help!
Custom profile
The customer was looking for fender strips for a project Tinnemans was working on: a new type of push boat. We made these profiles to measure for the customer. The profile is 300 x 300 millimetres with a round hole of 125 millimetres on the inside.
After the customer sent us a drawing of the desired profile, and we had discussed the application, requirements and hardnesses, we got straight to work. We then make a technical drawing that the client must approve before we begin production.
Sample test and delivery
Once the technical drawing is approved, we make a sample and send it to the client so it can be tested. After the test and any adjustments, we make the product. Tinnemans Shipbuilding was very pleased with the profiles and has since completed its project. See the new boat on their Facebook or Instagram page!
