Productie en koeling van een zwart rubberen stootprofiel via extrusie

Rubber extrusion is a continuous process in which unvulcanised rubber is forced through a die and then cured. Constant process control is the key to dimensional stability.

The process steps

  • Mixing and preparing the rubber compound
  • Extruding through the custom-made die
  • Vulcanising in the continuous oven or salt bath
  • Cooling, measuring and cutting to length

Thanks to our in-house tool making, we switch quickly between orders and keep control over quality and lead times.
