What does Shore A mean?
Shore A is the scale on which the hardness of rubber is measured. The higher the number, the harder and stiffer the material. With the strips in the package you can feel the difference between 60 and 80.

Frequently asked questions
What does the sample package cost?
For business customers the package including shipping is free of charge and without obligation.
Can I also get a sample of a specific profile?
Yes. Mention the profile or your application in the form. With more than 4400 moulds we have many profiles readily available.
From what run size do you produce custom work?
Custom work is already possible from small runs. Because we make the moulds in-house, entry costs stay low and you can scale up later.
How quickly can I get a prototype?
For shape and fit testing we make a 3D-printed prototype. That way you can validate quickly before a mould is made. We agree the lead time with you per project.
Can you work with our drawing and specifications?
Yes. We work from your technical drawing, an existing sample or a specification of material, hardness and tolerances. Confidential drawings are of course treated confidentially.
Which materials do you process?
Among others EPDM, silicone, neoprene and TPE. We’re happy to advise which material and hardness suit your application.
